These are all pictures of the Center of Ljubjlana - the capital. A river runs through it and cafes dot the streets.
Who woulda figured that Slovenia was such an amazing country? It has old world charm, with great buildings not damaged by war, the Julian Alps in the north (they call Slovenia the "sunny side of the Alps"), sea coast in the south - where you can hop a boat to Venice, Italy, and 57% forrest in the middle. There are 2 million people and I think you can easily drive across the whole country in less than a day. I is modern with great fashion...things changed after it joined the EU in 2004. And the people are multilingual and very friendly. I love it here!
